Materials: Rough sawn wood framed roof, sandstone masonry walls.
Work included replacing weathered sandstone blocks at base and reverse engineering the roof framing to meet current building codes.

1877 Day Octagon Restoration
Prescott, Arizona
Architect: Bill Otwell
Materials: Existing Brick Masonry. New stick framed roof and floor.
Work included plans, calculations and details to rebuild roof and floor framing after a 2002 fire burned almost all of the interior framing. Site visits and coordination with contractor and architect during rebuild.
