Who We Are
FSE is a Structural Engineering firm located in Arizona and Idaho. About half of our work is commercial, the balance being high-end residential. Since 1995, FSE has provided Structural Design and/or CAD for over 8000 projects. During a typical year, FSE provides services for 400 to 800 separate projects.
Specialties:FSE primarily works with Architects and Contractors providing Structural Design and CAD for Custom Homes and Low-Rise Commercial Buildings.
Rick Frost, PE, SE
Principal
Rick is an Arizona native, born in Mesa and raised in Flagstaff. He has both a BS and a MS Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering. Registered Professional and/or Structural Engineer in Arizona, California, Colorado, Texas, Idaho and Utah. NCEES Registration.
Personal: Enjoys fishing, mountain biking and hunting.
David Porter, PE, SE
Principal
David is an Idaho native. He received his education from Idaho State University. He has both a BS and a MS Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering. Registered Professional and/or Structural Engineer in Idaho, Wyoming and Montana.
Markell Bateman, PE
Principal
Markell is a Wyoming native, but has lived in Idaho since 2000. He has a BS Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering from Brigham Young University. Registered Professional Engineer in Idaho.
Andy Kleinman, PE
Associate
Andy is a Prescott, Arizona native. He has a degree in Mathematics, Magna Cum Laude from the University of Arizona and a MS Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering from Brigham Young University.
Personal: Enjoys playing basketball and watching U of A basketball.
